I recently switch from Terminix to Orkin, today was my first visit and what a difference. A much more professional experience, from my interactions with their manager Kat to my experience today with Omelio. He asked questions, genuinely listen & wanted to support. He added special traps & sprays based off my concerns unlike Terminix that would spray & leave. High recommend!
Moved into a ground level house (I’ve been an apartment / condo personal for the last 20 years) and noticed I had a serious ant problem within the first few weeks of moving in. A few ants at first but the up to 10-20 ants a day I’d see throughout the apartment! I called Orkin right away and my initial tech (Carlos) assessed and layed out a plan to get rid of the problem within a few weeks. It did take a bit longer (5 / 6weeks) but I couldn’t be happier with the results. I can confidently open a drawer, cabinet or simply walk through my place and know there isn’t an ant to be seen. Johnson, the service technician is always respectful, timely, and professional. He also seems to have eliminated the roach problem that existed in the apartment before I started renting. See you in three months!
