“A roof replacement is a big decision to make and I can honestly say, my experience with T&S was wonderful. I am confident I made the right decision in choosing them for my roof replacement project.
Keep in mind that with any roofing job, neither you nor T&S know the actual condition of your roof until they start the process. I had no idea there were two layers of underlayment previous placed on my roof (20 years ago) so having to remove that second underlayment was an additional cost as was the wood replacement. There was brittle wood in many places and having to replace the wood was also an added cost. The site supervisor, Josephs, took his time to Face Time with me and show me the condition of the wood. He literally showed me how the wood crumbled in his hand and I felt much better having to spend the extra money because I clearly understood it was necessary.
Although many times I didn't understand what I was looking at in the pictures they sent, Josephs, the site supervisor, answered all my questions. I'm the type to ask a lot of questions, and he was very patient! Paula was also a great help as project manager- very efficient, kind and easy to work with.
Another thing to keep in mind is that when you have exposed wood in the garage, debris can fall through the holes in your roof after it's been stripped, I advise you to cover up the stuff in your garage as best you can with a plastic tarp so that clean-up is easier.
Lastly, there may be additional painting or soffit repair work that needs to get done but the contract is clear when it comes to all of that.

“Excellent service. We made a good choice to have Sliding Door Pro restore the impact sliding doors. They now open with hardly any effort.
