They park their vehicles literally bloking the sidewalk. Talked to the drivers and the managment and they didn't do anythins...we need to star calling 911 because soon there will be an accident.

Terrible. I called for my mom to get a medication which is important and when you call you get an automated machine that states an agent will be right with you. Guess what?! No one takes your call and then they request for you to leave a message and still No one calls you back! Terrible!!!!

Please check if your parents have this insurance, remove them right away. These people are not only unprofessional, but incompetent . The Pasteur business model is to milk, Medicare, that’s it! However, unfortunately, in the process, the patient pays for it with their health, and in some instances their life.
