What an amazing experience all around! I called to make a last minute appointment as a new patient, and I got an appointment without any hassle. Upon walking in, I was greeted by Norma with such a friendly and welcoming smile, I felt like I was their number one patient! Without having to wait, Dr. Shechtman called me; I honestly never had a better experience! Dr. Shechtman is so knowledgeable, efficient, yet thorough, friendly, polite, and patient; he listens, answers any questions, and explains everything. Great Doctor and super efficient! Dr. Shechtman was really attentive and thorough in the examination, and the staff is super sweet and quick. I didn't wait at all to see the doctor and was in and out in 20 minutes - highly recommend! Also the glasses and frames are retro and fun, and the staff was quick to help.
