Place is just OK for single vision glasses, like readers or for nearsighted.

But after 3x over 15 years, for me, they never made my progressive lenses correctly and they are rude and dismissive if you ask them to fix them correctly. I don't know why I ever went back to them but never will again.

Also, my son's frames broke after 3 months and they wouldn't replace them even though they were under warranty.

I don't think the opticians there are very competent and therefore won't admit it when they make an error.

I've been to several Costco facilities across the country, and honestly I've never had better customer service than here. Monique was super helpful and helped me identify what was wrong with the prescription for a pair of glasses I had purchased at Costco in San Francisco, so I could get a new prescription and have them redone here.
Super professional, patient and very knowledgeable.
My new glasses are perfect. I'll definitely purchase my glasses at this facility next time.
PS: they also have a much larger selection of frames here than other facilities

There is a reason I have been returning to Dr Lowingers office for over 20 years. Simply put, he is the best in town. My new insurance referred me to two other optometrists, both terrible experiences. I returned to Dr Lowingers office. The office staff is friendly and helpful. The office is always clean and well equipped with new and top notch equipment. They will provide you with an area to remove your contacts , and a case to hold them while you get your exam. The Dr takes the time to listen , give a thorough exam, and my prescriptions are always accurate. He is always open to do adjustments. They do exams for both glasses and contacts. You will leave with a prescription in your hands same day. Wait time is never long with an appointment. Walk ins are welcome. These are qualities you expect, but trust me, you don't always receive. This office excels in service and will provide you with the correct product designed for your eyes. Bonus- They accept medicare provided spending credit cards- Yay for us seniors.
