“I don't ever come to a place like this but out of desperation for mani and pedi because I got tired of my nail place always being over booked, I did. It's not my 5 star spa I'm used to but for a typical inexpensive nail shop I think they are good. The facility inside is not eye candy or anything just regular nail stations and pedi massage chairs but unlike the complaints on these comments, I have none. My nails always look great and their service is quick , neat and friendly . And Joanna is not racist! As a woman of color, she was kind to me on my first day there even though she wasn't the one doing my nails, she still offered a smile and acknowledged me. Everyone has their reasons,maybe she was waiting on that particular client before going home. Who knows. Anyhow, not defending the place or anyone but for me I like clean towels and perfect nails and that's what I got there my last three times that I have been there. Maybe they changed for the better. 4 stars for service can't give five because the shop is not alluring.“
