The front desk welcomed me so kindly. I came in for a root done by Arleny and so happy about how it was turned out.Also the rest of the staff was super nice. I found this beautiful place. I will totally come back again and again. Amazing service!!!

Richard is literally the one person I trust in South Florida to cut and color my hair. I am a woman with short hair who requires a fade as well as a scissor cut and Richard is a master at cutting, coloring AND fading. Would literally never go to anyone else

I was initially nervous to try a new salon, as it’s hard to find a good blonde colorist, but the reviews were outstanding for One 11. I booked a consultation at first, so that I could get a feel for the place and the stylists. Richard was very professional and spent a good amount of time with me, talking about my hair, the thickness, the texture, and what I was trying to achieve. He was very transparent about what he could do for me and the pricing. I appreciated the time he took to learn about my hair ahead of time.
