“I went today to my appointment and the vibe was really nice. Staff was very nice and respectful. I showed a picture of the nails I wanted and the look exactly how the should. They are very attentive to their job and also their customers. You don’t need an appointment you can walk in and they will nicely sit you with who will do your nails. I have no bad feed back towards this establishment.💗“

The environment is always clean and never overly busy in the times I’m there. I do recommend scheduling ahead of time though and getting the volcano pedicure.

“I’ve always loved Venetian Nail Spa. The owner here is wonderful and the staff is friendly, but some details are missing: no welcome drinks are offered (even though they’re available), sometimes there’s no music or it’s too low, and pricing isn’t always clear.

For example, I asked Alexandra how much my total was so I could leave the right tip. She told me she didn’t know, but she’s actually the one who gives the total to the receptionist. On several occasions she’s also charged me $5 for cutting my cuticles without asking first. I understand there may be a charge, but clients should always be informed before any extra service. In my case, I don’t like having cuticles cut because they grow back worse, and I even had to fix them myself at home. Transparency is key, especially when we spend 2–3 hours with the same person — good communication and service make all the difference.

I truly love this franchise, and small improvements like offering drinks, keeping the relaxing music, and being upfront about add-ons would make this location just as amazing as the others. I’ll be happy to update to 5 stars once these details are addressed.“

“I had a wig installed by Tasha. What I most liked was she seems to be into hair care not just making sure your hair looked nice, which by the way was ?. As she worked she involved me in the process asking if the length was ok, did I like volume or flat, giving me the mirror to ensure I was happy along the way. She was very knowledgeable of a few issue I was having from previous wig installation. Area such as hair loss mainly on the edges, hair growth overall. There was no wait, my appointment was on time ( very big deal for me). Not a lot of people in the shop at one time, deal breaker. I would definitely recommend.“
