“I’ve always loved Venetian Nail Spa. The owner here is wonderful and the staff is friendly, but some details are missing: no welcome drinks are offered (even though they’re available), sometimes there’s no music or it’s too low, and pricing isn’t always clear.

For example, I asked Alexandra how much my total was so I could leave the right tip. She told me she didn’t know, but she’s actually the one who gives the total to the receptionist. On several occasions she’s also charged me $5 for cutting my cuticles without asking first. I understand there may be a charge, but clients should always be informed before any extra service. In my case, I don’t like having cuticles cut because they grow back worse, and I even had to fix them myself at home. Transparency is key, especially when we spend 2–3 hours with the same person — good communication and service make all the difference.

I truly love this franchise, and small improvements like offering drinks, keeping the relaxing music, and being upfront about add-ons would make this location just as amazing as the others. I’ll be happy to update to 5 stars once these details are addressed.“

As she worked she involved me in the process asking if the length was ok, did I like volume or flat, giving me the mirror to ensure I was happy along the way. She was very knowledgeable of a few issue I was having from previous wig installation. Area such as hair loss mainly on the edges, hair growth overall. There was no wait, my appointment was on time ( very big deal for me). Not a lot of people in the shop at one time, deal breaker. I would definitely recommend.“
