The owner explains everything to you and she is highly experienced and very friendly I would highly recommend this place to anybody who needs this type of service.. The owner also makes house calls which is so convenient... No need to call anybody else but this place....

Ellie was amazing she is also the most effective my daughter she walks to remove my daughter head lice and get her returned back to school the next day. Not only was Ellie super friendly and sweet she also gets the job done with amazing customer service if you are going through these issues this is the person to go to she will get the job done most effectively

I would highly recommend Ellie. This was the first time I had to deal with lice. I was freaking out because my daughter has so much hair. After spending a lot of money at the pharmacy and hours trying to get rid of them, I realized those products don't work.! A friend of mine gave me Ellie's information and she was a life saver! not only she is the most patient and kind person, but she knows what she is doing and is very knowledgeable about lice and how to get rid of them. She made us feel very comfortable and explained everything really well. I hope I don't have to deal with this again, but if that is the case I will not hesitate to contact her again.
