After researching and interviewing several agencies, I chose Seniors Helping Seniors and was not disappointed. They matched my grandmother with someone who not only met her needs but she was comfortable with and enjoyed her company. They are compassionate and flexible. I truly know they care about the work they do and my grandmother was is good hands! Highly recommend them!
This company has been a godsend for my elderly mother. Not only do they drive her to appointments, but the drivers have become her friends. She enjoys their company, they have helped her fix her iPhone, and truly care for her overall health. The owner, Diane, was amazing, when we first searched for drivers. Rosalind has been awesome with communication and logistics, and she has even driven when there is nobody else available. Specific drivers, Kim, Victoria, and many others have all been great. If you're looking for a safe, reliable company to assist with getting your loved one to and from appointments, don't bother searching beyond this place.
For ten years our familiy relied on Seniors Helping Seniors to care for our mother. We were never disappointed in the staff. They were always on time, flexible with hours provided, professional and offered a level of kindness that always made mom feel confident and comfortable. We could have never asked for more.
