Dr C went to bat for me with a company called Simple Aligners when they tried backing out of finishing my case. “First of all, let me say that this review is done on my own will. I was not solicited by the office to create any kind of Google or yelp review. Leaving a review was not discussed AT ALL which makes me want to leave a review even more!The office is clean, updated and modern. The office staff was super nice and I felt very welcomed. Natasha did my cleaning. She was very kind and explained everything that she was doing along the way. I think Kendall was the assistant working with Dr. Gaffney who was the dentist who examined my teeth. He thoroughly explained any work that needed to be done. He has a great personality!! I felt very comfortable. The only gripe I have is that I didn’t know that they did not accept my dental insurance until I was already in the chair and X-rays had been taken which is also my fault.I wish when I was on the phone with them making the appointment that they would have collected my dental insurance at that time and confirmed, rather than after the appointment it started. But I dropped the ball on that also. But they discounted the price of the cleaning and we went from there.I highly recommend them!(And they provided me with a new patient goody bag!)“
