From Teresa, following up with me and being so patient with me in getting me to secure an appointment and was so kind and sweet to having Christy do an amazing job with my cleaning. She made sure I was comfortable and checked in with me through the entire process and I even found myself able to relax through it. Dr. Browne was great with his examination and didn’t make me feel overwhelmed and Tina was great with breaking down the numbers and explaining the figures and working with me with what I was comfortable with!! “I recently had an appointment at this office, and I must say I am extremely satisfied with my experience. My first interaction was with Chris, who helped schedule my appointment. He was very professional and helpful.
On the day of my appointment, from the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed. The receptionists were both very sweet and friendly. Once I was called back, I had the pleasure of meeting Johanna, who was absolutely phenomenal. She made sure I understood everything, made me feel comfortable, and was extremely knowledgeable.
Next, I was examined by Dr. Elephant, who was very friendly and took the time to address all of my concerns. He clearly explained my treatment plan and made sure I understood the next steps.
Lastly, a special thank you to my hygienist, Amy! She was very kind, took her time during my cleaning, and educated me throughout the process.
Overall, my experience was a 5/5. I have future treatment plan in place and i am looking forward to returning. I’m so glad my cousin recommended this office—it checks every positive box when looking for a clean, professional dental office that you will definitely feel comfortable.“
