“This is an update from my previous review, see below, of this business a few weeks ago. I can truly say the staff and doctors at TLC really cared about correcting issues and problems that my wife and I had previously encountered. I would like to Thank them for their professionalism and providing excellent dental services.What started out as a great relationship 8 months ago is not so good anymore. They are constantly rescheduling appointments or never calling for the follow-up appointment. We have had to call them inquiring about the next appointment. When we arrive, the front desk staff is very nice, but they are always missing something in the back, which requires another appointment. My wife is confined to a wheelchair so I have to miss work for these phantom or yoyo appointments. They seem like nice people at TLC, but unfortunately, something has changed in the past few months.“
