My Microsoft Outlook stopped working. And nervously started searching for computer support. Found Freedom Computers through the website...Robert answered the phone !! and made me feel comfortable. I was pleased to know that during the home visit, he would let me watch what he was doing and educate me on the process. He made sure I was happy the way the computer was working before he left. HIGHLY recommend calling him for your computer needs !

I cannot say enough positive remarks about Rob and his customer service. Friday morning, 7 am, my screen went black. I began searching for computer repair places and calling them from my house phone - obviously none were open that early. I started calling again from my cell about 8:30 and got in touch with Freedom Computers. I explained the situation and Rob agreed with my fear that my hard drive was going out. He quoted me a very reasonable rate for the new hard drive, the labour, as well as the salvaging of my files from my old hard drive. And he could have it done same day!
