We recently used Hodges and Associates for a home inspection on our new construction, and I can’t recommend them highly enough. Even though our builder is well-known and reputable, I wanted peace of mind before moving in—and I’m so glad I did.
The team at Hodges was incredibly thorough. They came out twice—once before the Certificate of Occupancy and again after it was completed. They identified a number of issues I would have completely overlooked, including cosmetic items and others that could’ve led to bigger problems down the road. Thanks to their detailed reports, I was able to get everything addressed by the builder before move-in.

I have been working performing WDO inspections for almost 17 years in the SW Florida. I have worked with a number of inspectors, and if I were to have my home inspected, Charles Hodges would be on the top of my list. I highly refer Hodges and Associates as professional home inspector .
