Reid of Artisan Plumbing is great, fantastic, knowledgeable, professional, and honest. He arrives on time, is very prompt, and has come out the same day on all service calls. Reid replaced all the hardware in a shower/tub, worked with the customer on pieces and finishes, and completed the job quick and efficiently. He also replaced a small under the counter water heater in a tight space, a job two other plumbers said required taking the counter top off. His work product is superior, and he was the lowest of the 3 bids. Artisan Plumbing is highly recommended.
Reid was great. He replaced all the hardware in my shower/tub. He worked with me on which pieces/finishes I wanted. He arrived on time and completed the job quick and efficiently. We have used Artisan before and will continue in the future.

Reid of Artisan plumbing pulled off a minor miracle today when he replaced a small under the counter water heater in a tight space. 2 other plumbers said that they had to take the counter top off, but Reid managed to do the job and do it well. He was also the lowest of the 3 bids. I highly recommend him. This is the 3rd time he has done work for us...all well done.
