Dr. Blanke is a breath of fresh air! As a new patient, I was immediately impressed by his attentive and personable manner. He explained everything clearly in terms I could understand, putting me at ease and making me feel comfortable discussing my health concerns. His calm and kind demeanor truly created a positive experience. Doctors are good, most office staff is good, except the lady that sits at the window where you check in. She is rud and, asks unnecessary questions such as; "what are are you here for?" So no HIPAA training for her I guess. I really have to say why I am here in front of the whole office full of patients? "Well thats how we code you to determine how much you will owe. It could be $60 -$260". Wow. She also told me to look for different insurance, and a ew other things I wont go into. Totally unacceptable and unprofessional.

I've been a patient for around 7 years and used to see Amy but was switched to Dr. Blanke in the past few years, who is a very nice man and a good doctor. Unfortunately, I will be seeking a new primary care doctor due to incredibly long waiting room times which have gotten progressively worse. Today, after 40 minutes waiting on a work day, I finally had to leave. I was seen at NSB Urgent Care within 10 minutes with no appointment. I understand being busy, I understand the occasional issues that come up, but this seems to be a pattern, not a one off.
