New Smyrna Wellness Center is Volusia County's premier medical center, providing proactive, state-of-the-art, quality healthcare in a safe and comfortable environment. The caring staff ensures that patients' health is their top priority, meeting all their needs in a timely manner.
The center is a primary care facility specializing in treatments for knee pain, arthritis, and other musculoskeletal pains. They also offer stem cell therapy, PRP injections, TPI's (trigger point injections), and Suboxone therapy for opioid dependence. Patients have reported positive experiences, with one praising the attentive care of Dr. Amy Z. and the fantastic staff. Another long-time patient expressed gratitude for the dedicated care from therapists.
However, there have been concerns regarding billing and appointment scheduling, with reports of confusing communications about payments. Some patients have expressed disappointment in the mental health treatment options available, feeling that more support is needed for issues beyond physical health. Despite these mixed reviews, many appreciate the efforts made by the staff to accommodate their needs and schedule appointments together.
I transferred from another state. When nobody else would take me as their patient New Smyrna Wellness welcomed me with open arms. I live about two hours round trip and have continued being their patient for four years. The only reason I left is because I could finally transfer to a pain clinic in the town in which I live. Otherwise I would continue to see them for me care.
It’s hard for me to put in words how Dr Sastry gave me back relief and I can enjoy Life, literally! I’ve been in excruciating pain for the last 4+ years and have seen other doctors with No RELIEF!! I’ve just walked almost a mile, first time in yrs with No Pain!! I could go on and on about how great I think New Smyrna Wellness is! If your every not happy with them..just tell them..I GUARANTEE THEY WILL FIX IT! The 3 ladies in the therapy sessions do extraordinary and remarkable jobs. Their knowledge in getting everyone to feel better is off the charts. I highly recommend Brooke, Kate., or Sarah for your road to recovery.
