First trip to palm tree for both of my kids first dentist trip! (3 and 1) they were amazing! Didn’t force anything and so good with the kids it made me so happy to see people happily working with kids not just dealing with them.I will be going back for my own appointment ❣️

Very good attention from the staff, especially from an assistant called Daynet, very professional, she explained all my doubts and helped me update the treatment of my two children. I felt safe and happy to be treated so well. My respects and congratulations to you. this girl !!!

Such a great experience this time around!! There is a new manager Tabatha who is absolutely the sweetest!! We barely had a wait today and we were out of the office in one hour! My toddler was crying and Tabatha came in with a small toy and held his hand to take him to get more toys. It’s the little things! From the front desk to the assistants & Dr. Serrano, everything was amazing !! So happy things are changing here!!
