“Great customer service!
I arrived w/ my eye glasses having a bend hinge & my sunglasses were so stretched out, they fell off my head. (Both were purchased out-of-state) . I was expecting to order 2 pair of prescription glasses.
David greeted me & said he wanted to try to fix the hinge. Ten minutes later my glasses were fixed. Then I complained about my sunglasses & asked to look a new frames. David said I had good frames that just needed adjustment. Again within 10 mins my sunglasses fit snuggly on my head.
So instead of ordering/purchasing 2 pair of glasses, I left w/ my original 2 pair of glasses in perfectly good shape, and there was NO CHARGE for the service.
I received 5 Star service & plan on using True Eye in Trinity, FL for all my & my family’s eye care needs!“

Dr Rowan and his entire staff are excellent. I had cataracts in both eyes removed. One eye had some long term swelling. Dr Rowan provided reassurance all would be fine. He calmed my fears. Took his time explaining everything to me. From my first phone call inquiring if they accepted my insurance until my last visit… I could not have asked for a better doctor to operate on my eyes.

Dr Lawless… I had 2 visits with her and she extended the same level of care as Dr Rowan. Her explanations were calming, simple to understand and kind.“
