Sidney is amazing!! I have followed her to 3 different locations and she is not only an amazing waxer, she always makes me feel so comfortable and I love every visit I have with her. Whether it's waxing, a facial, or a pedicure, she's fantastic! As someone who has sensitive skin, it's important I don't use products that will irritate my skin and she is a pro at navigating my challenges! I would recommend her to anyone! 10/10 experience every visit! :)
This review isn't about the services but about the compassionate, kind people who work at this spa. I had a gift card for a spa day at Essentials Massage and had a wonderful experience yesterday with my relaxation massage, facial, pedicure, and light lunch with wine! However, during my pedicure, I mentioned to the technician that I was trying to enjoy the day since I recently suffered the tragic loss of my husband of 58 years. As I was checking out, the manager came out from the back to offer condolences, give me a hug, and inform me that the entire day was free. She returned my gift card to use another time.
