Love the Friday at 4:30 classes in Neptune Beach. My 19 year old daughter invited me to join and I found a challenging but super fun and welcoming environment for this 55 year old lady. Great way to start your weekend!!! Music playlists and the teacher Deanna make it even better!!
I love the Thursday 4:30 Yoga HIIT class! Nisha creates a welcoming and positive atmosphere while providing the perfect balance of strength, cardio, and mindful movement. The workouts are usually challenging enough to leave me feeling accomplished, but the yoga helps me stay centered and energized throughout the class. I left feeling stronger, and refreshed.Thank you for such a wonderful practice.
Took music and flow this morning with Karina and she was amazing! I’m not a frequent yoga goer so it kicked my butt but she does give variations on how to tailor the exercises to your experience level! I don’t usually write reviews but wanted to sing Karina’s praises! The class was great, the space was clean and peaceful, the staff made renting the mat and towel super easy. Definitely coming back!
