Have been using this Fitness Center for about 2 years. The equipment is kept up very well. Non working equipment is placed out of service and repaired in an expeditious manner. The facility includes a pool, sauna and whirlpool plus classes. Friendly stall and a friendly, safe workout atmosphere.
I’ve been going here for a few years, although I wish they would upgrade the equipment it’s a fine gym. I recently started taking my baby to kids klub and the girl working there, Kayla, is very sweet and good with the kids. My only suggestion is with the amount of kids at this location there needs to be 2 attendants on duty, for the safety of the children.
I’ve been working out for years and today I met with Isaac with Grip and he spent time to find out my needs and wants towards my over all goals. I felt more burn in the 20 minutes we were together than the 2hrs I spend on my own. If you stop in you should give him a try. Thank you Isaac!
