Dr. Parm and lab technician Amber also go above and beyond to support patients, including those with complex medical needs. The entire staff, from front to back, is friendly and knowledgeable, leading to a positive experience for patients.
Always a good experience with Michael. I appreciate that he’s always ready to listen to what you have to say rather than the normal pushy caregivers in my past who only seem interested in getting you processed so they can squeeze in the next account…I mean - patient.
Tyler is by far my favorite doctor. He is not only great at what he does, but he also is very personable. He is very determined to figure out a solution to any problem. I have been to several doctors for 2 years,trying to get answers as to what is wrong. He by far is my go to. I have to drive a while to see him, but i feel confident he will help my situation,and get me to my full self again! Thank You, Dr. Hamilton!
Our family doctor at the main facility left the practice and we relocated to Dr. Blocker out of the Navarre branch. Couldn't be more pleased with the move so far. The entire staff was caring and extremely friendly. So far all our visits have been reasonably quick. When the waiting room is crowded, there is an understandable delay, but otherwise your wait is minimal. Dr. Blocker seems to be focused and very knowledgeable with excellent patient relations. Will be looking forward to keeping this place as our family practice center for years to come.
