Baptist Medical Park provides a pleasant experience for its patients. The staff is sweet and friendly, making visits stress-free. The wait time for labs has improved, and appointments can be made for faster service. Although there have been some issues with the app system, the overall experience is positive. The ER department is particularly notable, with employees who enjoy their job and provide excellent care. Patients feel treated with kindness and respect, making Baptist Medical Park a recommended facility.
Just finished my physical therapy rehab with Andrews Institute in Navarre. From Margaret checking you in, to Tyler, Leilani, and Andy are absolutely the best. I enjoyed my painful recovery from a car accident with their knowledge and kindness, and funny days. Would recommend forever.
I got labs on July 24, 2026 with Karen as my phlebotomist. Karen & the other nurses & Front Desk staff worked as a team to make sure the code for my lab was correct going above and beyond by double checking with my doctor when the code could have been interpreted two ways. They were efficient but cared about my whole experience, helping me feel comfortable every step of the way. Thank you Karen & the entire staff!
This was a great place and excellent staff. We are from out of state. I brought my 2 year old in with a stuffy nose and a cough. They did all the swabs to rule out flus, covid, RSV, strep, etc. The nurse was excellent as she gave my son a toy to play with while he was getting a bit restless and she was great at swabbing gently and distracting him as well. We were checked in right away and back to see a physician within 20 to 30 minutes. Thank you.
