The Technician actually made this experience enjoyable. He was friendly, efficient and such a pleasant person to have in my home. He instantly made me feel comfortable and confident that he was going to do a very good job servicing my units.I had another company do this job in the past, and did not feel good about my service. It was as if they were only there to find things wrong so they could sell other services.I definitely recommend Kool Breeze and will be calling on them for future service. We got back from a 4 day trip to an 87 degree house, 4:30 pm. Called Kool Breeze and they sent out a tech. Corey couldn’t have been more courteous or diligent even at the end of a long, hot day.
