Was out in a timely manner and was very a knowledgeable and informed me of the issues with my system promptly. My system just wouldn’t quit running and within no time they found the issues and provided me with options for repairs. I decided to get them to give me a price for a new one given it was 13 years old and they gave me a fare price with a 12 year warranty (can’t beat that). Came and installed same day and always was friendly and answered all of our questions and concerns without hesitation. I have never experienced a company so friendly and prompt and was here for my needs at a moments notice. Thank you American PHC for all your hard work.
