Southern Efficiency recently identified a capacitor problem, which another company had missed, and was able to replace it in the same visit. The office staff was courteous and professional. They texted not only the name, but also a photo, of the HVAC technician so we knew exactly who would be arriving. The technician was on time, polite, and methodically problem solved our issue. We chose them from a list on our AC's company website as they had the best online reviews, and are happy to add our good review from our comfortably cool again home.Thanks Southern Efficiency!

They are very professional, well presented, clean, thorough!!! Much better than the " other guys " we've had out here. Just glad that these guys are here putting the new a/c unit in our home. I would recommend these guys to everyone!!! Great work! Great people! Definitely know what they are doing!

I have been with Southern Efficiency for many years. Adam usually services my home and has always been professional and very personable. They recently adding plumbing service. Joseph did his first visit for plumbing and was just as personable and professional as Adam. Great company!!
