I have been a Valvoline customer for a few years now. Went to this Valvoline shop today after I got a new Jeep. I just wanted to have the oil checked. The young lady there along with Hunter were very friendly, professional and courteous in helping me. I highly recommend this place, they do excellent work and are nice people!

Live in East Naples and have been coming to this Valvoline location for years- always treat me right! Never feel pressured with techs “upselling” me, yet they bring to my attention any needed additions (and always back up any recommendations). Sometimes I need to stay within a spend budget- and that’s always honored respectfully. Today though, I was given a higher dollar amount coupon off my full synthetic oil change than what I had available to use. So appreciated! My service was, efficient, professional, friendly and HONEST. I made sure I tipped “my guys” today for their great service. They are working quickly all day... read full review

Every time when I go to Valvoline, they always treat you right and if you have any questions, they always have the knowledge to explain to you if you have any concerns Patricia she’s always helpful. She’s always kind and nice and then there’s this other worker I forgot to get his name he’s tall he’s Hispanic with black hair. He was really helpful As well, thank you for all of your hard work. I greatly appreciate it.
