Kara is an incredible hair stylist. She is very experienced, calm, loves her craft and is highly dedicated to her clients satisfaction. She is exceptional with color and cutting. She takes the time to understand how your hair needs to work for you on a day and and day out basis. Highly recommend !
I went a few weeks ago and this was one of the cleanest Ulta’s I’ve been to. The lady with the red curly hair was very helpful and friendly. She went and picked the items I needed for me since I was having a hard time moving through the store in my wheelchair. I will go back because of her but I am giving the store a 3 instead of a 5 because they should have ample space for wheelchairs and even though the lady helping me was very kind and helpful the older lady with shorter brown hair just pointed me to a side of the store and said it’s over there. I walked in the door and within seconds two Associates were there to help. I found the wellness section to be unorganized. I was disappointed at arrival to find the online shop said no stock of the items I was looking for. Yet at the wellness section there were the items. It would be helpful to update stock levels so your customers don't have to drive around to stores or walk in and not find items.
