I should have been notified that my regular stylist was not available. Jasmine did a good job and tried her best but my attitude was tainted by not being notified Lucy was unavailable

Lucy was fantastic. She knew exactly what I wanted and gave me a fantastic cut. Her sassy Bob cut. And offered some suggestions as to maximum length and color. I’ve already gone red and love it.Lucy will definitely be my new stylist.

I had a great experience my hairstylist got me to a blonde color I was ok with for the time being. I was a little disappointed in her coworker in the beginning of my service just because she kinda laughed at me when I told her what I wanted to achieve in my appointment. I knew it wasn’t achievable at the time but I just wanted my stylist to know what I was going for so she knew how to detect me in the right way with products and services going forward. My stylist stayed late to finish my hair and I appreciate that she didn’t stop and tell me to come back the next day to finish up my hair.
