Jocelyn (not sure if I wrote her name correctly) was very nice, she helped me find a skin tint matching my skin tone and some lip liner, I walked into the store completely lost but left happy and satisfied thank you so much!
I love this Ulta location. I was on vacation and I visited this location twice. The first time I just stopped in to get some fragrance samples. The manager checked on me to make sure I found what I came in for. It was a good experience so I called a couple days later to see if I could get in for a root touch up with the salon. They were able to accommodate a same day appointment. My stylist, Kelly made the experience perfect. She listened to my hair history and to what I wanted and made the best suggestions. Allison, master stylist, is the best. She brought my hair back from a chemical burn (from another place) to its original healthy state. She does exactly what you want and makes helpful suggestions. She is a wealth of knowledge an asset to Ulta!
