Our new carpet was installed yesterday and we are super pleased! The in-store part of the deal was handled by Mike Meister, the owner, whose knowledge was top notch. He came to our home and measured, quoted, and scheduled the installation. Tom, the installer, arrived on-time and was a marvel of efficiency. By 2:30 PM he had removed the old carpet and padding, replaced the tack-strips as needed, installed the new padding and carpet, then he vacuumed, leaving us with a perfect looking carpet. We can't think of a single thing to improve. This transaction was perfect!

I want to compliment Floor Meisters on how well they handle customer relations. Having purchased engineered wood floors from them six years ago, I was very pleased with how they took care of a problem that had recently occurred. There was so much to pick from in the LVP product line. Richie our salesman explained exactly how it would be installed and lined us up with a very professional installation crew. The crew moved all of our furniture and appliances as they moved room to room installing our flooring. They moved all the furniture back in place and hooked up the washer and dryer and checked for leaks. Richie checked in on us during and after the installation to make sure we were satisfied.
