I am extremely pleased with the service provided by FIRPTA Group, and I wholeheartedly recommend them to any foreign individuals looking to sell their properties in the United States. My property was located in Minnesota, and the very few individuals in the state who claimed knowledge of FIRPTA didn't seem reliable. Moreover, their service fees were exorbitant, reaching $2000 for a mere requirement search that they couldn't explain to me. Uncertain about the FIRPTA process, I discussed it with my escrow agent, who insisted that I would owe 25% of the sale price in taxes. Feeling unsure, I sought assistance from FIRPTA Group. Excellent service . Olga igave me all attention and solved a problem in a fews weeks that other company ( Supratax ) didn't make in 2 years .If I need services in USA I'll certainly contract the FIRTA group again .Thank you Olga for everything. God bless you
