I recently closed a house in Missouri and I am subject to FIRPTA taxes. Its all new to me and my title company. No idea about FIRPTA. I came in touch with Patti and she was my lifeline during my house closing, educated me on FIRPTA taxes and guided through numbers. Patti is very interactive and accessible.
