#RECOMMENDED The Briggs Wellness Center is at the forefront of community fitness, preventative care, and personal training. It is unusual to find a gym this sophisicated at a hospital system, which makes it unique. This is a healthy place worth sharing with family and friends. The cost is a remarkable value. Three suggestions: (1) towels, (2) a cafe stocked with healthy food, and (3) more integrated biomedical innovation. It would be very cool to collect/observe more sensor data for injury rehabilitation, cardiac care, orthopedic care, and athletic performance development.

One of the best gyms that I’ve ever been to. The gym has great machines, dumbbells, it’s clean, and has a sauna as well. The people that work and workout there all seem great too.
