About Berman Health Club
Berman Health and Wellness is a medical wellness center specializing in various areas including medical weight loss, gut healing, food sensitivities, autoimmune disease, hormonal control, and vitamin deficiencies. Berman Health Club has been a great blessing in my life. On the physical therapy side, Les and Ryan are awesome. They give 100% at every session and they have patiently taught me so much about how to better take care of my body. And they are a lot of fun to banter with! On the wellness side, Jenni, Stacey and Molly are all incredibly knowledgeable and, for me, do a fantastic job simplifying what I can do to improve my overall wellness, including my nutrition. And then there is Jake! Very results oriented and super fun at the same time. I've only been seeing folks there for a bit more than a year, but wish I had started there much sooner!
I found Berman Health after a fall I took over our puppy. They have helped me immensely. In the past I’ve struggled with my pelvis being out of place. It now holds really well. They have taught me how to check it on my own.
