We did a LOT of comparision shopping in the porceline tile market. The best price for a quality product was our goal, but we got much more. Jason, our salesman, coordinated the installation (a guarded, gated high rise condo presents scheduling issues) and visited the site several times. The installers were very clean. The contract had a "caveat" for an upcharge in case they discovered any sub floor issues. The installers reported the floor to be very good so NO upcharges. Very honest. We LOVED the look of the 24x24 porceline, but when Jason came to examine, he found a couple of tiles that didn't meet HIS approval and had the installers remove and replace them.
