SYNERGY HomeCare of Naples

Came across a Synergy HomeCare ad in our church bulletin a few months ago and clipped it thinking this may come in handy one day. And it did when my husband was hospitalized recently. From the first call with Kelly, our concerns were addressed with continued support that was compassionate and flexible as our needs and dates changed. We have Synergy in our cellphones to help in the future with wide range of support. Our families who live out of state are thrilled we found Synergy HomeCare we can depend on and help us continue to age in place.

My 90 year old snowbird father arrived in Naples in January and we found Synergy very helpful for finding us two lovely, capable and smart women to provide full-time daily care for him. After the first woman finished nursing studies, Synergy was right on top of it and we transitioned to a second caregiver who was also energetic and very helpful. Amanda was very communicative and regularly checked up on us. My dad can be a tad grumpy but both of the caregivers got along well with him and helped with his meds, self care, oxygen/nebulizer machines, light cooking and tidying up! Kelly was immediate in her response to my inquiry. She came over on a Sunday to meet with my mom and discuss options, knowing that I was looking to start ASAP. The lovely woman that she paired with my mom has been perfect. She is kind, caring, patient, engaging and does all that is healthy for my mom. She wakes her in the morning, makes sure she has her pills, fixes her breakfast, sees that she gets necessary exercise, helps her with her crossword puzzles, makes her lunch, and before she leaves, she cleans everything that they have used She’s flexible with her schedule, always on time and devotes the entire time that she’s at the house to my mom.
