Ive had a filter since I moved into my home. I knew it was not the best. CHRIS came out and explained the pros and cons of why I should think about switching to a new filterhousing- cartridge you know what I mean. Chris then came out and installed it I couldn't be happier. He let me know he was there, he showed me everything he was doing. The icing on the cake was..... He taught me how to better take care of my equipment, and how much damage the sun actually does to my stuff. He is just a well of knowledge and I appreciate him, and the office staff who got mea quote, and on the schedule. Some places are like pulling teeth. I had a light go out in my pool, Chris and Jacob both got me squared away in an efficient manner. Fast, inexpensive and reliable. By far one of the cheapest but most impressive companies I've ever had the pleasure to do business with. Chris even came back and replaced a bubbler cap that was in desperate need of being relocked down. The white plate just wouldnt stay anymore. I am truly happy about there service when we move. I am going to make sure the new owners come to you guys as well. Thanks for being awesome
Sweetwater did an excellent job updating our pool. They were professional, neat, fast and courteous. We have a huge pool with hot tub and they finished in just one week. They continue to come to check the water condition like they said they would for a month. They even fixed a problem with a breaker when they noticed it was malfunctioning. I would recommend Ken and his team to anyone wanting to get their pool resurfaced. We had 6 quotes, and Sweetwater was the best by far.
