We're in town for the New Year holiday from Seattle, and my Mom and I woke up sick on the day of our services. The staff I spoke with regarding cancellation and reschedule was so kind and accommodating.

My sister and I visited the spa at Inn on 5th today and had a wonderful experience! My esthetician was so friendly and extremely knowledgeable. The massage was one of the best I've had! We had a great experience at Inn on 5th and would highly recommend it!

I have to say I was a tad deterred by the lone one star review on here, but check with google reviews and you'll find plenty of positive reviews for this spa... which is why I decided to go for it! SO glad I did! I got the Relax package which consisted of a 60 minute Swedish massage and then a 60 minute facial. All for $225 plus tip which I thought was a pretty fair price for what I got. I feel fabulous and was very pleased with how the masseuse (Elizabeth) treated me. I recommend booking around 2 or 3 pm when the everyday thunderstorm is starting to rumble into town.
