Service Experts Heating & Air Conditioning

I have been with this company for 6+ years and everything has been great until a few weeks ago when the ac started turning off. Took 3 times for them to finally send an amazing guy that actually knows what hes doing, Jimmy mathurin, came out and fixed it! Shocked it took 3 times for someone to notice the problem which was an easy fix! He is a quality guy, very polite, explained everything very well! A real gem for this company! 5 stars for him, unfortunately not for company as this problem should have been noticed and fixed on the first visit

I want to praise Service Experts.I purchased our second complete ac system from them and the Lenox System was installed yesterday. The installers Lexi and Britton did a flawless install. They were prompt, courteous and answered all my questions. They took the time to explain the operation of the new system and got the S 40 Smart Thermostaton line and got my Lenox App installed onto all my Apple devices. Britton did a great job in helping with that.Lexy did and outstanding install. He is very knowleable about the mechanics and electrical connection to get our system working flawlessly.
