Terrible customer service, in fact, it does not exist, I personally went to the office and they were like remodeling but working, and a girl told me to call the phones, which I did several times a day and no one answered, better look for another agency or professional, there are several in Naples, this one is never available!

My regular electrolysis moved and I was dreading having to find a good one. I looked online and called a few places. Sabrina called me back right away, mentioned that on the 1st visit she will go over what she offers, and let me know what she recommends, at that point I can get worked on or schedule a time to come back. I can’t really set appointments as I can only pamper myself when I happen to get an hour free during the day. She is great with responding and has always been able to accommodate my crazy schedule. Office is clean, and organized. She wears gloves and a mask the whole time I’m in the office and always pulls out a new sterile set of tools. My last time going I took my sister with me. She loved it. We now try to make it like our Sister time. I totally recommend this place.Service: Laser hair removal

I use to shave every day, Which took up a lot of time. I found Sabrina through a coworker of mine that used her in the past for hair removal. After speaking to her, she gave me a treatment plan that would work for my needs and schedule. She has managed to permanently remove all of my unwanted hairs. Sabrina is very meticulous about getting rid of all the unwanted hairs. The office is beautiful and super clean. She wears a mask and gloves which gives me piece of mind. sabrina is the worst inexperienced and filthy not hygienic and a very bad electrosis I wanted to have electrosis done around my chinI went 5 times every time I went 15 minutes early, even though I went inside, she always took me in10 minutes late was $15 but she always worked for 10 minutes and took $35 from me 6th time I went 15 minute late I went and went and Sabrina took an extra $35 from me, so she took $65 and I told her that I had surgery on my foot, even though I have a cast, I can't drive myself. My friend came from work to bring me here, so we were late in traffic. Sabrina very strong face and voice said don't come here again, this unfair she works very slowly to earn more money and her customer's they don't know wat kind of needles she using because she should open the new needle unfront of the customer's eyes because she always uses the same needles to everyone, which shows that it is not hygienic and does not give confidence, and sabrina electrosis secret and private on the counter behind you a liquid is applied to the customer's face and she say she cleans it, but the cleaning liquid she used increased the hairs on my chin she is very rude and she not professional and she treats the customer badly.
