The greens are fast and true, requiring accuracy on approach, and are some of the toughest the reviewer has played. Visitors can enjoy a delightful breakfast with great views of the course, including light and fluffy pancakes, and friendly, attentive service. The clubhouse provides a nice place to relax, and guests can sit on the terrace, drinking in the peaceful surroundings. The course is quite attractive and popular, making it a must-play in Naples or Marco. Though the course is about 9 miles from the main hotel, it offers a beautiful and welcoming atmosphere with many houses along the fairways. The greens roll true and fast, and the course features many water hazards and bunkers, providing a challenging but enjoyable experience for all golfers. The course and amenities create a calm oasis, ideal for those seeking both a great game and a relaxing environment. The price is quite high, with fees around $319/$269.
Great golf course and FANTASTIC staff. Whatever Evan is being paid in the pro shop, triple it, he deserves it. He’s a great guy. If anyone seeing this review knows Evan at the Rookery, PLEASE SHOW HIM. If vibes were a human, it would be Evan. 18 stars but google won’t let me go that high. Evan for the win. Bev cart was also fantastic. They deserve a shoutout too
I had a great day playing golf out here on my recent trip to Florida. The grass was super green and perfectly cut, which made it really smooth and fun to play on. I loved seeing all the cool birds flying around the water while I was walking between the different holes. The people working inside the shop were incredibly nice and gave me some great tips about the layout. It was a peaceful and beautiful place to spend a sunny morning outdoors.
I had a wonderful time playing a round here and found the course to be in excellent condition. The fairways are wide and well manicured and the greens were fast and true. I really enjoyed the layout because it is surrounded by natural wetlands and I saw a lot of local birds and even an alligator while I was moving between holes. It is a very peaceful environment that feels like a true escape into nature. The staff at the clubhouse was very professional and made sure I had everything I needed to get started on time.
