James came to service my unit as part of my service agreement. As usual he was thorough and professional and he noticed water collecting in the pan under my water heater which I had not noticed. He suctioned the water out for me and because of his observation I was alerted to contact a plumber before the situation became an emergency. His observation and kindness is honorable and I am so grateful to him and Romeo and will continue using their services for as long as I live in Naples.

I just used Romeo. They were fabulous. My regular AC co could not come until tomorrow and my AC not working. Used Romeo first time. They were here right away and fixed the problem They are my new regular AC company!! Highly recommend them.

Romeo Air Conditioning has installed three units in my home. I have their maintenance plan. They are very professional. When I have had any issues, Romeo Air Conditioning has been very prompt in taking care of my HVAC needs. We are very pleased with their service.
