I had gone in for a trim, root touch up and highlight. The cut was wonderful. However, the highlights did not turn out well at all. They were all on one side and not spread around. I felt badly saying anything but ran home and used root touch up to try to patch up the color. I had to go to another salon to fix it. It was not a good experience at all. Spent hundreds of dollars only have it redone.

I went to get my eyebrows waxed, I asked for them to clean them up just a little bit and she took off most of my eyebrows and left hair. Super disappointing

Roberto was wonderful! He managed to fix my daughter's hair after it had been cut badly at another salon. It looks beautiful now!

I just had my haircut here end it was a terrible cut. Then he put some oily stuff in my hair so when i left It look like my hair was dirty and greasy. Then I was blown away that a haircut alone cost me $85. I said, are you kidding me? He said cut and style. He did not style my hair and he just tried it out. Way way overpriced

Roberto of Italy is a friendly, welcoming salon. Alba colors and cuts my hair, and she is excellent. Irene does my LCN nails, and she is a true expert with many years of experience. She is a perfectionist and makes sure you leave the salon with your LCN nails exactly as you like them. Pedicures by Irene are a pleasure too.

I have gotten my nails done by Irene Blinderman at Roberto of Italy for several years. She is the only manicurist I could find in Naples who uses LCN, and thankfully she is a true pro! Irene is incredibly good at what she does and takes pride in her work. I get my nails done every three weeks and with very few exceptions they look as good when I return as they did when I walked out the door three weeks earlier.

Had a wash and blow dry. The gentleman who did my hair had body odor so bad that when he was washing my hair I had to fight not to gag. He talked me into an up-charge conditioner and then put so much oil on my hair that it is sticking together in clumps on the side. My confident at home leaves is soft and shiny. The hair dryer was so hot, it left parts of my scalp red and tender. When I told him I smelled something burning, he said he didn't. I now realize that it was my hair which smells burnt in a couple of places. All this for the small sum of $64 plus tip.
