My mother was brought home
from memory care and we hired Preferred Care to assist us. It was the best decision we have ever made. We had several caregivers on 12 hour shifts 24/7 for a week. They were our Godsend !! They guided us thru the whole process , held our hands and told us exactly what to expect. They laughed and cried with us and I will miss them all. We considered them part of our family.
