Synergy has been an amazing find for our family. We are not local and needed companionship and assistance for our dad. Kelly and Amanda managed this process with care ongoing support. Paty has been the primary care taker and she is so wonderful. We couldn’t have dreamed for someone better, with compassion and kindness. Paty also communicates with us frequently. Amanda has helped so much- she is skilled and attentive and made sure we were well cared for and comfortable. She is focused on meeting the individual needs of each client and the entire staff are intent on assisting with daily tasks, offering companionship, or providing specialized care.
There has been plenty of communication and flexibility. The staff has been responsive to inquiries, proactive in keeping families informed, and help create a smooth and stress-free process.
