Platinum does a great job in their core business- dry cleaning and laundering clothing! Best in Naples. I wish they had some more convenient services such as a drop box and expanded hours. Hence the 4 and not 5 stars.
Bonnie was amazing! Her customer service is over the top and genuine. Went above and beyond for me and getting my down comforter cleaned ASAP. Will be back because of her and her service. Thank you platinum dry cleaners!
This was the first time I have used Platinum Dry Cleanering. I took 3 cashmere sweaters in and they look like new now that Platinum has cleaned them. I will definitely use them again!
