I dropped off my son’s suit a little after 12. I should have brought it in sooner but didn’t get a chance. I needed a as soon as possible, no later than 2 days and expressed that to the front desk girl. I was shocked when I got a text the next day at 3 o’clock that the suit was ready! When I picked it up, it looked fabulous! I will definitely use this place again especially since it’s close to my house♥️

Platinum is probably the best place for stain treatment, however one time I brought them a stained off-white shirt & it came back bleached, completely white. I don’t use them regularly anymore because of they cost a bit more than most competitors, & the lack of communication for item pick up.
