I’m writing this review to recognize one very special team member at Orkin. His name is Mark Barnes. This gentleman is the true epitome of excellence. His work ethic is some of the best I come to experience. Mark goes above and beyond the call of duty, he is responsive, he is positive, he is knowledgeable, he is kind and considerate. He makes Wednesdays amazing for my team. He always has a smile and a “no problem attitude and only solutions”.I write to those in leadership, because you need to treasure and protect talent such as his. It is rare, very rare.

I have used many other services, like Truly Nolan and Terminex. I was disappointed with them as time went on. Orkin helped me out with terrible ant problem. Since then they have been excellent and my service person has been professional and on top of things.

We have a short term rental (VRBO) place in a country setting with livestock near us. Orkin does a great job. Because it’s not city, we could get more pests but with Orkin we are confident that they keep Mother Nature in check.Services: Spider extermination
